Arum Place is situated in a tranquil Cul-De-Sac less than 30 m from the beach in Kommetjie with sea and mountain views from all rooms and views of Hout Bay and Table Mountain on a clear day.

The house has both an upstairs and downstairs apartment.
The luxurious upstairs apartment consists of 2 bedrooms,bathroom with shower and bath and the lounge, dining room and kitchen are open plan.
The main bedroom has its own tv ,double bed and both bedrooms have sliding doors leading out to a large covered patio around the apartment.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds.
Outdoor braai facilities are available.
An additional single foldout bed is available.
All bedding and towels are provided (EXCLUDING swimming towels) for short term lets.

Directions to Arum Place
Take the M65 Kommetjie road into Kommetjie until you get to the sharp bend to the left by the shops and restuarants in the heart of Kommetjie.
Turn right into Somerset road.
Becomes Gladiola.
Turn left 3 roads down into Arum avenue.
Drive down till almost at the beach.
Arum place on the right by large palm tree NO 5.
Entrance to upstairs unit on the left.Go up the stairs.
Entrance to downstairs unit on the right.
Arrange to meet Dave and Erica for keys etc. at ARUM PLACE or office in fish-hoek.
