25 Swemmer Street is an ideal holiday base close to amenities, exciting entertainment and there is a quiet local beach and sea within easy walking distance
We are situated in a quiet side street overlooking a valley leading to the Seekoei River where fish eagles may still be heard.
25 Swemmer Street commands panoramic views towards Humansdorp and the Baviaanskloof Mountains to the west.
As there is a staircase leading to the upstairs, the unit is unfortunately not friendly for wheel chair users.

25 Swemmer Street Accommodation

We offer 3 en-suite bedrooms accommodating 7 guests in 2 double beds and 3 single beds with ease.
The house is equipped with linen and towels. braai facilities, dish washer, tumble dryer, washing machine, eating / cooking utensils, gas / electric hob, microwave, oven and a TV.

There is also a spacious living area with an open plan kitchen that has ample cupboard space, lock up garage, carport and an expansive deck for unwinding in the open air.
The 2 main bedrooms lead off the living area while the third bedroom is downstairs with its own outside entrance. Guests are advised to bring their own beach towels and own TV decorder and card.
