Thirteen on Dean is situated in the Northern suburbs of Bloemfontein this stately old home was built in 1938 and offers old world comfort and peace.

Thirteen on Dean Accommodation

We offer two different accommodations of which one is a double room perfect for two adults and then a lovely self-catering unit for four people and a little kitchenette.

Our lovely garden is there for you to walk, relax and enjoy the sounds of the birds in the trees.

Backpackers Room
Includes: Self-catering
This is a smaller room than usual with two single beds, small en-suite shower, toilet and basin. Small TV in the room, tea and coffee available in the room, heaters and electric blankets for the winter and fans for the summer. Ideal if you are looking for cheap but clean accommodation.

Big Unit
Includes: Self-catering
A big comfortable room ideal for a family or group willing to share. Full en-suite bathroom, dressing room with plenty cupboard space, seperate bedroom with double bed and seperate lounge area where I have 2 single beds but a 3rd fits in comfortably, lounge area with full dstv, seperate dinning room area where you make your coffee and has a microwave, 2 plate stove and bar fridge. Opens up to garden and you are welcome to braai there.

Unit 1
Includes: Self-catering
Lovely room ideally suited for 2 adults, with en-suite shower and TV with SABC 1,2,3, and eTV. Fans in the summer, heaters in the winter, with electric blankets, own entrance.

Unit 2
Includes: Self-catering
Lovely self-catering unit that sleeps comfortably 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Room has double bed and 2 single beds and additional bed can be provided should you require this. It has a separate kitchenette and own access.
