We offer 19 rooms comprising ten Luxury Rooms, five Twin Rooms, one Honeymoon Suite and three Family Rooms. Choose from our delicious full English breakfast or continental breakfast. Lunch and dinner is available on request.
Our conference facilities accommodate up to 45 delegates and include a data projector, air-conditioner and Wi-Fi.
We are ideally situated a mere kilometre away from the Free State University, hospitals, shopping centers and rugby stadium. Special rates can be requested for group travellers.

DIRECTIONS TO SHAWU LODGE FROM THE BLOEMFONTEIN AIRPORT:
From the airport turn right into Thaba Nchu road. You just go straight
for about 3KM until you see the Road Fork. Turn left into Voortrekker/
Nelson Mandela Road. You keep straight (Pass the Kentuchy, then the MacDonald,
pass the Mimosa Mall, pass the robot with the main entrance of the University.
The next robot is D.F.Malherbe Street, turn left. Over the first robot, the second robot (T – JUNCTION) you will see SHAWU LODGE on your right hand side on the corner.
DIRECTIONS FROM THE N1 HIGHWAY:N1 FROM JOHANNESBURG OR CAPE TOWN
Take Nelson Mandela - Off ramp. Pass the Army Camp (TEMPE) robot with
the filling station on left, trees on right, church on the opposite, DF
Malherbe Ave…..Turn right in DF Malherbe keep o straight. At T-JUNCTION
with PAUL KRUGER AVE. We will are on the right hand side on the corner.
