Villa St Leon Accommodation

Flat 1 is situated in a very private area. It has an open private terrace, two double bedrooms and a lounge leading onto the terrace with an outside grill.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with stove and oven, microwave, Whirlpool fridge-freezer with ice maker, coffee machine, washing machine and telephone with answering machine.
Private access to the apartments is provided by a state-of-the-art funicular.

The apartment, which is tastefully furnished, has a video recorder, Hifi Set including CD-player and satellite television in the lounge.
Only 5 minutes by car, approx. 2 km away from sand beaches. The property is protected 24 hours a day by a security company. Flat 1 has two bathrooms (one en-suite) with a bath and/or shower and toilet.

Apartment 2 with two double bedrooms is situated on the level where the pool is, which is solely reserved for guests of apartment 2. It has a lounge and dining room with access to an outdoor patio with sea view and a covered terrace with an outside grill.

After a day of exploration a private funicular brings you to your holiday apartment.

Directions
1. Drive along N 2 to Cape Town
2. after 13 km, turn direction Stad/City
3. Follow Eastern Boulevard / Waterfront turn off...
4. Follow Sea Point/Waterfront turnoff onto the M6
5. Pass one traffic light and turn right to Sea Point at the second traffic light..
6. When you arrive at the traffic-circle, carry on "straight"
7. Pass eight traffic lights (3.1km) and turn left into Church Street
8. Pass the traffic light. The road now merges into Kloof Road
9. Carry on straight for 1.5 km until you find Avenue St Leon to your left.
