terrace.

Activities
The cottage is an ideal starting point for several pleasant walks in the
surrounding hills or along the banks of the river Annan.
For the serious walker more challenging routes over the hills can be undertaken.
There is golf, fishing, tennis, bowling and a variety
of activities which are avaialble in the sports barn in Moffat.Station
Park provides a boating pond and a putting green as well as a small but
well equipped play area for the younger visitor.
Cycling is a richly rewarding pursuit along quiet country
roads.
A day can also be spent relaxing in the garden taking in the local bird
life. We have hammocks available for use of guests.

Getting there from the Information Centre
From the TIC, return to the town centre, follow Well Street and then Well
Road to Sidmount Avenue.
