All rooms are ensuite and they offer a variety of accommodation options including family rooms throughout the bunkhouse. Bedding is provided. Large open plan kitchen /dining /lounge area with wood burning stove. Bunkrooms
They have three bunkrooms: 2 x 8 bedded and 1 x 7 bedded.
The bunkrooms are furnished to a very high standard and have ensuite facilities.
Each bunk has its own electric point and reading light and secure locker.
The rooms are carpeted and have under floor heating.
Family rooms
Their three family rooms are stylish and modern with under floor
heating, ensuite wet rooms and wall mounted flat screen TV's. Each has
a king-size bed and a set of bunks and there is enough space for a travel
cot if required.
Twin Room
They have one twin room which is accessible for wheelchair users.
It has a set of bunk beds, Flatscreen TV and an ensuite shower room.
Habitat @ Ballater Facilities
The bunkhouse has a wonderful large open plan room with zoned eating,
cooking and relaxing areas. There are huge comfy sofas, fluffy rugs and
a woodburning stove.
The kitchen area is superbly appointed and has an excellent range of equipment
to suit both individual and group use. The room has a widescreen TV and
plenty of games and books for rainy days. There is also a reference area
where you can plan your activities for the next day.
