Reviews of Sylvanette Guesthouse in Okahandja Namibia

We decided to stopover here after flying through with my friend, we felt it was a long drive to Etosha so we needed to rest and rejuvenate before proceeding to the national park the following day. The lodge is has no road signage and it proved a bit difficult for us to find it since it was getting dark.

The room was spacious and equipped with a television and bath consumables. We had fish, and vegetables for dinner and the fish was well spiced and herbed. This place is an ideal stopover to/from Etosha.

We booked this guest house because of its close proximity to the airport since we were flying in from Switzerland. We were warmly welcomed an hour after landing by the hosts and we felt like royalty. We exchanged experience and tips with the hosts over a scrumptious meal (dinner), they were helpful and companionable. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Namibia
