With a lovely swimming pool leading onto the beautiful white Zanzibar beach the Sultan sands beach resort is a peaceful place to enjoy the sunny tropical weather of Zanzibar.
From the moment you enter the spacious reception area you can see the sparkling water of the Indian Ocean, and the restaurant, bars, reading room and swimming pool all have lovely locations offering views over the beach and ocean.

The rooms are located among the beautiful gardens and none are more than a 3 minute walk from the beach. The rooms are tastefully decorated and are available with a double bed or two large single beds, ensuite bathroom, dressing area, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, mini bar, hair dryer, telephone, satellite T.V. and a verandah. We also have interconnecting rooms ideal for families and groups.

Sultan Sands is designed to have a relaxing quiet ambience with all the pleasures you need while enjoying your holiday, these include the swimming pool with surrounding recliner beds just off the beach, bar, restaurant table tennis, pool tables, fitness centre featuring modern equipment, flood lit tennis court, a range of activities such as beach Tai chi, volleyball, and access to our beautiful Oasis spa, and One Ocean activity centre that organises dives and snorkelling trips.

Come and enjoy our beautiful paradise on the beach of Zanzibar Island, you can also wander into our lodge next door Bluebay beach lodge Zanzibar and use all the facilities there, if you want to eat and drink there - no problem, any extras will be put on your room bill, so join in the evening entertainment at Bluebay then wander back to the peace and quiet of Sultan sands for an evening drink on the beach.
