Victoria Falls Waterfront has long been known as the heart of Livingstone, Victoria Falls Zambia. Only four kilometres from the areas main attraction, The Victoria Falls, the resort is ideally positioned to take advantage of the many activities that are on offer in the area.
The Waterfront resort offers great facilities including a restaurant and bar where many a sundowner has been enjoyed from the deck overlooking the Zambezi River and Siloka Island. Sundowners on the Zambezi River are an essential start to a holiday in Victoria Falls. The Waterfront has 2 private jetty’s where their cruise boats are moored, departing for breakfast, lunch or sunset cruises. MV Makumbi takes up to 100 people and is known as the “fun” boat and MV Mambushi takes up to 25 clients and is perfect for families or those wanting a quieter cruise. The Sunset cruises are very popular, going upriver with the chance of seeing wildlife and a fabulous African sunset. Dinner, snacks and drinks are all included.
The Victoria Falls Waterfront offers the famous MV Makumbi, a 100 passenger double-decker cruise boat for river cruises on the mighty Zambezi, as well as the Jambesi, which is a 20 passenger cruise boat.

Accommodation at The Victoria Falls Waterfront ranges from comfortable chalets with en suite facilities to budget Adventure Village tents with shared ablutions to camping.
Chalets
3 x Executive Chalets – King size bed, river facing, en-suite bathrooms
with bath & shower.
6 x River Facing Chalets – 2 x single (or 1 x double) bed, river
facing, en-suite bathrooms with shower.
10 x Standard Chalets – 2 x single (or 1 x double) bed, non-river
facing, en-suite bathrooms with shower.
4 x Family Chalets – 4 x single beds, non-river facing, en-suite
bathrooms with shower.
All chalets have Fans, mosquito nets, private balconies (with chairs),
electronic safe, fridge, tea & coffee making facilities and bottled
water.
Adventure Village
The “Adventure Village” – a cluster of 3m x 3m Bow tents
built on raised platforms, each with a small deck in front – are
strategically placed in the shady extensively lawned complex away from
the chalets. Each tent is equipped with 2 x single beds, electric light,
fan and shared ablution blocks with the campsite. This village accommodates
48 guests in 24 tents.
The Adventure Village has spotlessly clean ablution facilities, comprising
hot and cold showers, basins and toilets (shared with the campsite).
Camping Site
The campsite is set amongst large trees in shady surroundings. Catering
for the overland or self-drive market, clients can choose from a variety
of sites accommodating up to 100 guests. Please note that we do not provide
camping equipment.
The Campsite has spotlessly clean ablution facilities, comprising hot
and cold showers, basins and toilets (shared with the Adventure Village).
There are also barbeque facilities in the campsite.
