The 212 En-suite rooms consisting of

are all luxuriously furnished, with crisp white linen and large comfortable
beds. The rooms are decorated with bright mosaics and ethnic wall stencils
and Zambian artworks and accessories. The rooms have all got a magnificent
view of the Victoria Falls and are all air-conditioned and have satellite
television.
All 212 en-suite guestrooms appealing to families and conference delegates, are open, and airy and acknowledge their African roots in the deep rich red earth colour of the rounded planes of its walls, tastefully decorated with handcrafted fusion of Zambian designs.
All rooms spill outwards into the natural African bush, or face inwards into a vast, cool, landscaped pool with private, shaded balconies offering guests a perfect choice of holiday lodgings.

The Double Rooms consist of 1 Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with
a bath and shower. There is also a comfortable couch adding extra volume.
Family Room
The Family Rooms consist of 2 double beds and an en-suite bathroom with
a bath and shower. There is also a comfortable lounge adding extra volume.
Standard Twin Room
The Standard Twin Room offers 2 twin beds alongside one another and an
en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The rooms also have a private
balcony.
Standard Suite
The Standard Suite offers a Queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with
a bath and shower. There is also a separate lounge and dining area complete
with luxurious finishes.
Paraplegic Room
The wheelchair friendly Paraplegic Rooms consist of 2 twin beds and and
en-suite bathroom. Handrails and other conveniences have been made available.
