Unit A Self-catering Flatlet
The unit sleeps two to four people.
Ground floor, beautifully furnished flatlet.
Two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with two single beds.
Open plan lounge, dining and kitchenette.
The kitchenette is equipped and has a two-plate stove, a microwave and
a fridge.
The bathroom has a bath and a shower.
The patio overlooks the well-tended garden.
Self-catering Unit B Luxury Bedsitter
The unit sleeps two people.
This tastefully furnished, spacious bedsitter has a magnificent sea view.
There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
The room leads out onto a private balcony from where you can enjoy the
sunsets over the sea.
During whale season, you may catch sight of whales in the bay, flamingoes
on the pan and pelicans flying overhead.
For your convenience, we have provided a small fridge, a tea and coffee
tray, a toaster and basic crockery and cutlery- suitable for snack meals
and take aways.
Unit C Combined Self-catering Units
Combine unit sleeps up to six adults, no children.
Make enquiries about combining Unit A Flatlet and Unit B Bedsitter, equipped
for semi-self-catering. It has a small kitchenette, suitable for preparing
snack meals and having takeaways.

Directions to The Gulls
From the centre of Cape Town travel down Buitengracht Street towards the
harbour.
Take the N2 and keep to the left. Take Exit 4 R27, Milnerton off-ramp.
Continue on this road through Milnerton, Blouberg and Melkbosstrand.
Continue along the R27 for approximately 65 km.
Turn left into the R315 to Yzerfontein.
Follow the Brown Signs to our establishment.
