Approximately 15 minutes drive from Cape Town, this self-catering accommodation is easily accessible by car. Close to excellent shops, award-winning restaurants, and stunning beaches. For the nature enthusiast, hiker, horse rider and mountain biker the Tokai Forest is on the doorstep.

The world-renowned Steenberg Golf Estate is close to the property and it is approximately a 10 minutes drive to Newlands, venue for cricket and rugby matches. There really is something for everyone.

Littlewood Cottages Accommodation

Both cottages are luxuriously furnished and crockery, linen and glassware are of a high quality. The self catering cottages are very secure and extremely private, the perfect getaway or tranquil base from which to explore the Cape.

Set in lush parkland this spacious double-story cottage is surrounded by birdsong and fabulous mountain views.

Whether you want an action packed holiday or simply want to relax and soak up the sun this place is a must.
The cottage sleeps up to six people and the accommodation comprises a large luxurious air-conditioned master bedroom suite on the upper level with two double beds and en-suite bathroom. The room opens onto a sun-terrace with panoramic mountain views.
Downstairs there is another double bedroom with double or single beds, as required, and a bathroom with shower. A fully fitted kitchen adjoins the lounge/dining room which opens onto the garden with a plunge pool and barbeque area.
The cottage has satellite TV, music centre, video machine and telephone.
Towels and linen are provided. A remote control is supplied for the front gate for a small refundable deposit. Children are welcome.
The property is situated in a secure area and has secure on-site parking.
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.

Garden Cottage:

Whether you want a romantic getaway or a business stay away from home, this garden cottage is a must.

The cottage sleeps a maximum of four people and the accommodation comprises a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
The second bedroom has two single beds or double if required with another adjacent bathroom with shower. The cottage has a fully fitted kitchen and lounge/dining room area which opens onto the private garden with outdoor furniture and barbeque area.
The cottage is warm and cosy with satellite TV and music centre.
Towels and linen are provided. A remote control is supplied for the front gate for a small refundable deposit.

Directions:
From N2 Highway : Exit left lane to M3 - Muizenberg (South), travel ± 15km past University of Cape Town and continue to Constantia Valley - from M3 take Retreat/Tokai exit. At the end of the exit, stop, turn right into Tokai Road. Travel ± 2km to circle, straight across circle, 400m - turn left into Zwaanswyk Road - ± 1000m - first right into Zwaanswyk close
Littlewood is No 5 the last house on the left with large wrought iron gates. Please press bell and we will open the gate.
