St James, situated 35 minutes from Cape Town center, is celebrated for its beach, balmy climate, warmer Cape waters, whale watching, and accessibility along the railway line which extends along the scenic coastal route via Kalk Bay known for it’s harbour, shops ands restaurants to Simon’s Town, famous for the celebrated African Penguins on Boulders Beach.
