St James Terrace is a beautifully appointed block of apartments situated on the spectacular False Bay coastline. It is a stones throw from the vibrant fishing village of Kalk Bay. St James Terrace is within easy walking distance of Dangers Beach and literally overlooks Dale Brook tidal pool. In the latter parts of winter whales find protection and frolic in the deeper waters of St James, you can watch this in the luxury of your own apartment.

The apartment is sea facing and has sea views from the open plan living area and the main bedroom. The unit consists of 2 double bedrooms that come with the highest standard of bed linen on the market. There are also two bathrooms, one en suite, and a large entertaining and living area.

A private patio is also attached to the unit and is a wonderful area for evening entertaining. There is a communal fresh water pool for your use that overlooks the whole of False Bay.

The apartment has one dedicated undercover parking bay and there is a private parking area for the exclusive use of St James Terrace Residents.

The unit comes with TV (DSTV on request), dishwasher, micro wave, large fridge and freezer, two large couches and a dining area for eight. The bedding arrangements are as follows. King bed in main room with the option of two singles, double bed in the second bedroom and two double futon sleeper couches should they be required.

The unit is owned by a member of The Last Word Group and without the vast space and full array of services it is exceptionally well kitted out, managed and maintained.
