With 22 luxurious and beautifully furnished chalets / rooms, and luscious gardens, swarming with suikerbekkies, jan frederike, finches, doves and lots more, Kleinplasie is the ideal stopover to Namaqualand and Namibia.
Conveniently situated for travellers from Cape Town, Johannesburg and Windhoek. Situated close to town, a shopping centre, restaurants and tourist attractions.

All our lovely chalets / rooms have private entrances, a built-in braai area on the private stoep, DSTV, air-conditioning, crisp white percale linen, guest amenities, coffee / tea making facilities, honesty bar and are serviced and cleaned every morning while you go out and explore our fascinating region.

Established in 2004, 22 chalets / rooms, newly developed and built by AP en Mareleze, on a piece of land next to the N14. All beautifully decorated, and designed to make your stay unforgettable.

Chalets 1-6:
Self-catering accommodation with twin or two single beds and an en-suite shower. Tea / coffee making facilities are provided, and the room is air-conditioned for your comfort. Private entrance and braai area on a private stoep. Stunning rock water feature in a beautiful garden. Safe parking.

Chalets 7-8:
Self catering accommodation for a family or four singles. En suite shower. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. Air conditioning and DSTV is provided. Private entrance and braai area on the stoep. Safe parking in front of chalet.

Rooms 9-10:
Single room with an en suite shower. Air conditioning, DSTV, coffee / tea making facilities. Kitchenette. Safe parking.

Rooms 12-13:
Double bed. En-suite shower. Air conditioning, DSTV, coffee / tea making facilities. Kitchenette. Safe parking.

Chalet 14:
Self-catering accommodation with twin or two single beds. En suite shower. Air conditioning, DSTV, coffee / tea making facilities. Private stoep with braai area. Parking is provided in front of the chalet. Next to swimming pool.

Rooms 15-21:
Double bed. En suite shower. Air conditioning, DSTV, coffee / tea making facilities. Private stoep with braai area (BBQ). Kitchenette. Safe parking.

Rooms 22-23:
Family room or two double beds. Ensuite shower. Air conditioning, DSTV, coffee / tea making facilities. Private stoep with braai area (BBQ). Kitchenette. Safe parking. Next to swimming pool.

Breakfast & Dining:
A scrumptious breakfast buffet served every morning in our lovely breakfast room; this will have you refreshed for a new day! Dinner is available on request. A fully equipped "guest kitchen" is available for the guests who wish to cook for themselves.

Conferencing:
Kleinplasie offers a unique upmarket conference facility which exudes a relaxed but professional aura.

Flexible conference packages are tailor made for each requirement that may arise.
Options include half day conference without lunch, half day conference with lunch and full day conference with lunch. Other requests like hourly rates and venue only fees will be quoted for separately according to individual requirements.
Packages including accommodation can be supplied per request.

Kleinplasie also has a lapa area and swimming pool to cool you off in the hot summer days, and very safe parking.

A.P and Mareleze, your hosts, have created a little paradise, with calming water features, created with rocks from the area, soft green lawns, and lots of green shady trees.
Sit back, relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the koppies surrounding our enchanting town, while enjoying a glass of complimentary wine on your private stoep.

Location & Attractions:
Springbok is a lively shopping haven, a big attraction for locals and people from the surrounding small towns as well as for the Namakwalanders from Pofadder, Garies, Kleinzee, Port Nolloth and Alexander Bay, all within less than one and a half hours drive from Springbok.

Today Springbok is a prosperous town with 15,000 inhabitants. The main income is generated from tourism, mining activities, commerce and farming. Springbok offers many attractions, historical sites, museums and fine restaurants.

Be sure to visit the following attractions in and around Springbok Mineshaft dug in 1685 on Simon van der Stel's instructions.
The Namaqualand Museum in the old synagogue
The Namakwa 4x4 Route starting at the picturesque Pella Mission Station and Orbicule Hill 22 km north-east of Springbok which contains orbicular diorite, previously only found in Scandinavia.
