Our Honeymoon suite has a sitting area as an extra and is situated in our main building. From the private balcony you can relax with a home made cocktail and enjoy the stunning views (180°) over the Hottentots-Holland mountains, the Helderberg and the white sandy beach from False Bay.

These stylish bedrooms are in cottages and situated around the swimming pool with sunny-deck, in the tranquil settings of our magnificent South African garden with palm- and olive-trees. All rooms have a separate, exterior entrance and a private terrace with garden-furniture.

All air-conditioned rooms are beautifully decorated, walls are painted with neutral tones, a personal touch makes this place an "oasis of peace and tranquility".

A sumptuous breakfast is included in the price and will be served each morning in the brand new garden room or on the roof terrace and a delicious dinner or braai (barbecue) can be served on request in the evening.

You will certainly find peace and tranquility in the lush greenery of the gardens, by the sparkling swimming pool, in the shade of the patios, or on the roof terrace.

180° STUNNING VIEWS OVER THE MOUNTAINS AND FALSE BAY
Guest house Hottentots View is located in the residential area of Somerset West, at the foothills of the Hottentots-Holland mountains and Helderberg Nature Reserve, which gives stunning views over this mountains and overlooks a part of False Bay.

We are situated at the start of the wine route which gives easy access to other Cape Wineland towns like Stellenbosch, Paarl and Franschhoek.

"This oasis of peace and tranquility" is ideally located to explore the Cape Peninsula and the Western Cape. A 5 minutes drive takes us to the white sandy beach from False Bay, 15 minutes to Stellenbosch, 20 minutes to Cape Town International Airport and 40 minutes to Cape Town Table mountain and Cape Town city centre.

This charming guest house is also surrounded by many top quality Wine-estates and World Famous Golf Courses. "Vergelegen wine-estate" and "Erinvale Golf Estate" are both in Lourensford Road, at 2 km from our guesthouse.
