Welcome to 4-heaven, our comfortable guesthouse on the outskirts of Somerset West.
Your hosts, Melanie and Uwe, have elegantly combined the rustic qualities of traditional Cape Dutch living with the splendour of sophisticated, yet uncluttered modern living.

4-heaven is located on the serene outskirts of Somerset West, a historically rich and residential town close to Cape Town.
The surroundings are dominated by natural Cape fynbos, vineyards and the imposing, rugged slopes of the Helderberg Mountains that wind their way down to a coastline of warm water and sandy beaches.

4 Heaven Guesthouse Accommodation

All rooms in 4-heaven are individually themed and uniquely decorated, complementing the particular character of each to offer soothing surroundings.
You can choose between the Arabian room, the French room, the Antarctica wing or the African suite.

The Antarctica Wing is a combination of two spacious double bedrooms, sharing a bathroom – perfectly usable as a family-unit.

The new African suite on second floor is provided with an own entrance and a comfortable wooden terrace which grants a breathtaking view to the nearby Helderberg Mountains. This suite can accommodate two adults plus two children (in a separate room).

No matter which theme you should choose:
All of our rooms are spacious, comfortable and provided with king-size beds; the bathrooms of the en-suite-styled rooms are equipped with components in premium class quality, e. g. walk-in showers etc..

Things to do:
Play Golf:
The Western cape is golfer’s paradise!!! It offers more than 40 courses, of which twelve can be reached within max. 40 minutes from 4-heaven.
In comparison with the green fees of many european clubs our local golf-clubs offer the chance to golf at reduced rates.
Should you require a recommendation and/or a booking of tee-off times Melanie & Uwe will be happy to assist you in this matter.

Gourmet:
The winelands around Somerset West offer ideal opportunities for gourmets and bon vivants.
We have listed some of the best favoured vineyards and restaurants (about 30 of them close to 4-heaven) for you.

This is of course only a short extract of the whole variety of excellent gastronomy in the Western Cape.
Should you plan to participate in an individual wine-tour at one of the vineyards Melanie & Uwe will be happy to arrange it for you.

The guesthouse is centrally located to all the major attractions in the Western Cape: Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Franschoek, Hermanus, Paarl and Gordon’s Bay - as well as golf-courses, vineyards, restaurants and the beach can be reached shortly, making the 4-heaven guesthouse with its 5,000 sqm large garden area the ideal place to stay...
