Vercuiel is a lovely double-storey house centrally located and within walking distance of the beach in Shelley Point.
Shelley Point is almost devoid of shops and facilities, there is the odd ATM and shop providing necessities like firewood and airtime, but you’ll have to head to Vredenburg for a supermarket.

The house consists of three bedrooms with access to balconies, three bathrooms, a guest toilet, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with a scullery, a comfortable living area with a bar and a gas fireplace, and sliding doors leading onto the enclosed paved yard with a swimming pool.
There is a double garage and covered parking area that also serves as a braai area. There is a communal swimming pool and gymnasium for all guests.

Directions to Vercuiel
From Cape Town International Airport:
Take the N2 towards Cape Town and then take the M7/N7 off-ramp;
Turn right and follow the N7 north;
Outside the city centre, turn left onto the M19/R304/Melkbosstrand road and continue;
At the first set of traffic lights, turn right onto the R27 north and follow;
Turn left onto the R45 towards Vredenburg, and then turn right at the first traffic light towards St Helena bay/Velddrif/R399;
About 10 km further, turn left towards St Helena Bay/Shelley Point and follow the Shelley Point signs;
From Shelley Point security entrance, follow the double road;
Pass the Hotel, Spa and Country Club - we are the second building on the left-hand side;
This is the office where you can collect the keys.
