The house has an open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area.
There are three double bedrooms with spacious cupboards.
Two bedrooms have queen size beds and dressing tables.
The third bedroom has 2 single beds and one top bunk bed.
1 shared bathroom with separate toilet.
The most popular spot is the outdoor shower, toilet and hand basin in the sun.
Very large north facing verandah.
Lounge flows to terrace with water views and braai area.
There is a lovely sheltered second braai area to the east of the house Double car port.

Traveling on the N2 between George and Knysna, turn into Sedgefield at the robot.
Proceed around traffic circle and alongside the lagoon.
