Bellevue Manor was built in 1895, declared a national monument, situated in quiet residential streets and offers tranquil, exclusive accommodation.
Bellevue Manor is situated close to beaches, the V and A Waterfront, Sea Point Promenade, excellent restaurants and nightlife.
Rooms offer satellite TV, safes, telephones, tea and coffee tray and other touches to guarantee your comfort.
Barbecue and conference facilities are available, tours, car hire offered in house.

Secure off street parking is available.
We also offer ungraded self-catering suites and apartments which are situated a few minutes away from the main Guest House.
Two types of suites are available: three large en-suite rooms independent of each other, with a shared kitchen; two large en-suite rooms with kitchenette area within the room.

Apartments
Fully equipped apartments with two bedrooms or three bedrooms, some of the bedrooms have twin, double beds, and single beds. As this is self-catering, breakfast is not included.

Cottage
The cottage consist of two en-suite shower/toilet, two bedrooms, third bed in lounge area, tea and coffee making facilities, clock radio, TV with M-Net, 100 percent cotton bed linen, fan/heater, hairdryer, lockable safe, fully equipped kitchen, patio area and wireless internet connectivity.

Luxury
Luxury rooms have fans, heaters; some of the rooms have twin beds or double beds. Fridge, satellite TV, tea and coffee tray and wireless internet connectivity.

Luxury Room
Luxury rooms consist of an en-suite shower/toilet, tea and coffee making facilities, clock radio, TV with DSTV, 100 percent cotton bed linen, fan/heater, hairdryer, lockable safe and bar fridge, wireless internet connectivity.

Self-catering Units
Rooms are large and en-suite, with TV, safe, heater and fan.
Three of the rooms are in one apartment and have a shared kitchen and dining area.
The other two rooms, details as above, have a kitchenette area within the room.
As this is self-catering, breakfast is not included.

Single Room
Small single room
Single guests are generally put into a twin/double room, with no single supplement added.

Triple Room
One of our triple rooms has a third bed with a sliding door; the second triple room has a third single bed within the main room.

Directions to Bellevue Manor Guest House
Follow the N2 to Cape Town.
Proceed up hospital bend (Grootte Schuur hospital on RHS) and continue towards V & A Waterfront.
Continue past the entrance to the V & A Waterfront and at the 2nd traffic lights turn right.
Follow sign-boards to Sea Point.
At traffic circle continue through the circle - Green Point Stadium on RHS.
Continue along Beach Road (M6).
Turn left into Oliver Road. Continue until you reach Main Road (M61).
Turn left into Main Road.
1st road on RHS is Bellevue Road.
