“Ark Royal” is a fully furnished, fully equipped, 2-bedroom, 1-bath condominium apartment in the Sea Point neighbourhood of Cape Town. The dining area seats 4 people, as does the balcony. Satellite TV, including
both American and British programming.
The amply-sized main bedroom has a double bed. The smaller
second bedroom has single bunk beds and is good for one adult or two kids
or 2 adults who are on good terms.
Both bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe and a dressing table.
The full bath has a combination bath/shower. Quality linens and towels.
The Ark is decorated in an African theme, with original oil paintings
and African folk art throughout.

Sea Point is the ideal jumping off point to see Cape Town, the Cape Peninsula
and the Western Cape.
By car, you are 5 minutes from the V&A waterfront, 7 to city center
and the N1 and N2 motorways, 10 minutes to Table Mountain and the famous
beaches at Clifton. You are under 30 minutes to Camps Bay, to the windsurfing
beaches at Blouberg, to some of the best golf in the Western Cape, and
to Cape Town Airport. T
he wine routes are well under an hour away.
Sea Point itself is a leafy “urban suburb” of Cape Town,
located on the Cape Peninsula between Lions Head (Signal Hill) and the
Atlantic Ocean.
Cosmopolitan and a bit eclectic, Sea Point has been the site of a considerable
renaissance and building boom in recent years, much of it spawned by Europeans
and Americans buying into the area.
Despite the facelift, the area still retains the charm has made it such
a popular place to live and vacation for generations of South Africans.
The apartment itself is located on Hall Road, a quiet
residential street running between Beach Road and Main Road. Beach Road
runs along the ocean and with its broad pedestrian promenade is great
for walking, jogging and people watching.
Main Road provides all the necessities of life, such as shops, restaurants,
coffee bars, post office, Internet cafes, etc. We are a 2-minute walk
to the fabulous Winchester Mansions Hotel, for those that know the area.
Public transport to the V&A Waterfront or to city center is available
from Main Road and Beach Road.
