Broom’s Estate Lodge is a luxury self-catering villa situated at the renowned Prince’s Grant Coastal Golf Estate in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The villa is ideally located with spectacular views of the estuary & ocean. A short stroll through the forest will take you down to the beach. This is a perfect family location & has activities for everyone including beach walks, golf, tennis, squash, spa treatments & a restaurant at the Prince’s Grant main lodge for those days you don’t feel like cooking. There is also a variety of kids’ activities in the area & a selection of great restaurants & shopping malls. The villa comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms, a kids’ dormitory as well as an outside cottage. |

Self-catering House and Cottage
The main house features four bedrooms, all en-suite and containing double
beds.
Two of the en-suites contain baths and the other two contain showers.
All four rooms lead out onto a wooden deck and have beautiful views.
Beautiful linen and towels are provided, including beach towels.
There is a large children’s dormitory that contains three beds as
well as an adjoining nursery with a cot and a single bed. The cottage,
which is situated above the garage, contains a double bed and an en-suite
bathroom with a shower.

Beach Activities
Broom’s Estate Lodge is situated on an estuary with easy access
to the beachfront.
One can take a 5-minute walk through the milk wood forest to the beach.
You can enjoy swimming in the warm Indian Ocean or take long beach walks.
There’s also fishing, surfing, dolphin watching and many other activities
to be enjoyed.

Fronted by a vast stretch of Indian Ocean coastline, Prince’s Grant
offers direct access to a pristine beach and lagoon. There’s also

Golf
At Broom’s Estate Lodge you have access to the Prince’s Grant
Golf Course.
The course is ranked amongst the best in South Africa, and the stunning
coastal scenery, allied with the magnificent conditioning, makes this
a “Must Play” destination for golfers of all abilities.

Directions to Broom's Estate Lodge
From Durban
•Take N2 toll road north from Durban
•Pass the Tongaat toll & then the Umvoti toll
•Take the Stanger / Blythedale off ramp (EXIT 233)
•At the stop sign, turn left
•Continue to the first set of traffic lights, then turn right into
the R102
•After a 2 km drive, turn right into the road marked clearly “Prince’s
Grant”
•A 4,5km drive will bring you right to the entrance of the Estate
•The first 1km is un-tarred
