A luxurious, modern and spacious house situated 100 meters from the private beach on the Prince's Grant Coastal Golf Estate. It is very private and secure and we are a walking distance to the beach.The five bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms, two have double beds, and three have two single beds. One of the bedrooms has a separate TV lounge with a sleeper couch. Another bedroom has a separate kitchenette. The open plan main lounge, dining room and designer kitchen open fully onto a large covered patio. The large rim flow pool and private garden overlook indigenous bush, dunes and the sea, providing the perfect alternative to the beach. DStv please bring your own card, fully air-conditioned, three lockup garages. |
