Southern Cross is a Colonial style home, tastefully
decorated in the colours of sand, sea and sky. The views of the bay and Tsitsikamma Mountains from the breakfast patio are magnificent and dolphins, whales and seals often complete the picture. Robberg beach can be reached directly from the house via a boardwalk and its 5 km of unbroken sand offers easy walking and jogging at low tide. The sound of the sea is always with you and in winter, when the Southern Right whales are in the bay, one can sometimes hear them blowing at night it is a magical sound. |

Southern Cross Beach House Accommodation
Southern Cross is a Colonial style home, tastefully decorated in the
colours of sand, sea and sky.
Five luxurious en-suite bedrooms open onto the verandah and sunny garden
courtyard.
Double Room
This is a cosy room with a gas fireplace and double, old-style bed.
We often this room for honeymooners, as it is quieter than the others
and it offers a small view of the sea.

King Room
This is our largest room, offering a full size bathroom and space for
a sleeper couch.
This room opens onto the garden courtyard.

This room has a queen-size bed and a full bathroom.
It opens onto the verandah and overlooks the garden.

Directions to Southern Cross Beach House
From the circle on Main Street, continue down the hill and past Central
Beach.
Continue over the Piesang River Bridge and over the circle to the Kwikspar
supermarket.
Turn right into Longships Drive and continue for 2 km. Turn left into
Gris Nez Drive.
Continue over the stop street with Rothersands Road and take the third
left turn into Gemini Street.
Turn right into Capricorn Drive and then turn left immediately into Capricorn
Lane.
