Manyane Resort is nestled at the gateway to the Pilanesberg National Park and set in unspoilt, natural surroundings. The resort sports a variety of accommodation choices ideal for anyone wishing to enjoy themselves in the outdoors.
Manyane offers tranquility and relaxation with activities ranging from mini golf, children's play areas, a walk-in aviary, self-guided or conducted game drives and walking trails.

The Pilanesberg National Park is situated on the eroded remains of an extinct alkaline volcanic crater - one of only three in the world. The park consists of numerous hills, wooded ravines and grassed open plains making the area very picturesque.

A wide diversity of ecotypes makes a beautiful home for more than 35 species of large mammals, the sought after Big 5 and more than 300 bird species.

Studio Rooms
Studio rooms consist of 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bar fridge, shower and there is no self catering available.

Chalets
Chalets have a bathroom, air-conditioning and a private patio and braai area. 4 Bed chalets - 1 Bedroom with a double bed and two single beds in the loft, kitchen, and bathroom with shower cubicle. There is an open plan kitchen and the pool and playground are centrally situated. Group and Conference rates and packages for Manyane Resorts are available on request.

Caravan Park
All sites are grassed and electrified (utility outlets 15amp) and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people and 2 motor vehicles per site. Sites have centrally situated ablution facilities, access to the restaurant, pool, playgrounds and on-site superette.

Camping
Requests for electrified sites are essential. Maximum of 6 people and 2 motor vehicles per site are allowed. Sites have centrally situated ablution facilities, as well as access to the restaurant, pool, playgrounds and on-site superette. Please supply own tent.

Safari Tents
Tent accommodates 2 pax only in 2 single beds, bedding is supplied and guests use central ablution facilities. All the tents are electrified, with fridge and tea / coffee facility but no cutlery or cooking equipment supplied.

Wildlife
An abundance of wild life proliferate in 580 km of diverse and arresting bushveld terrain. The park is home to healthy populations of lion, leopard, black and white rhino, elephant and buffalo - Africa's "Big Five".
A wide variety of rare and common species exist with endemic species like the nocturnal brown hyena, the fleet-footed cheetah, the majestic sable, as well as giraffe, zebra, hippo and crocodile, to mention but a few.

How To Get To Manyane Resort

From Fourways / Sandton via Lanseria Airport
From Sandton travel north along William Nicol Drive to the four-way intersection with Witkoppen Road. Turn left into Witkoppen Road towards Lanseria / Roodepoort. Turn right at the intersection with Hans Strijdom Extension on the road towards Broederstroom and Lanseria Â– R512.
Cross the bridge over the R28 Krugersdorp / Pretoria highway, pass the Lanseria turnoff and continue straight. At the T-junction take the turn left on the R512 to Magaliesberg / Brits Continue on this road until you see the Sun City sign board on your left.

Turn right onto the R512 to Brits and cross the bridge over Hartebeespoort Dam. At the next T-junction turn right on the R512 to Brits, follow the directional signs then at the 4-way stop turn left to Rustenburg / Sun City. At the signpost R27 Rustenburg / Brits turn right.
On the bridge turn left towards Rustenburg, continue to the slipway on the left, take slipway and continue on the N4 highway. Now look out for the next turnoff to Sun City, Bapong and Majakaneng Â– R556. TAKE THIS TURN Â– DO NOT PROCEED TO RUSTENBURG.

At the top of the off ramp turn right to Sun City / Bapong, at the fourth 4-way stop turn right on the R510 (25km) to Mogwase. Turn left at the sign posted Pilanesberg National Park. At the second 4-way stop turn right to the Manyane Gate.

From Rustenburg
Take the R510 north, travel for about 30 km and turn left after the Mogwase industrial area which will be on your left-hand side. Turn right at the second stop sign and then turn left at the sign indicating Manyane Gate.
Pass the entrance to Manyane Gate and continue until you reach a T-junction. Turn left and follow the road sign indicating Bakgatla Gate / George Steggman Hospital. Carry on straight until you reach the Bakgatla entrance gate.
