De Loft Guest House has 29 luxurious en-suite rooms in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each room is decorated with its own distinctive character and personality and offers a well stocked honesty bar. Accommodation is offered in:
- honeymoon suite
- rooms with twin beds,
- rooms with double beds,
- Restaurant - breakfast and dinner
- family rooms as well as
- self catering. The latter is mostly pre-booked, so if you need self catering accommodation, you will need to make your reservation well in advance.

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail which has resulted in a high percentage of repeat business which in turn prompted us to expand to our present level of more luxury rooms.

One of our Highlights is our Honeymoon Suite which is perfect for the Bride to use for getting dressed for her Wedding. We love to pamper and spoil our brides-to-be to ensure that she is relaxed and ready to take the big step.
The well established garden will provide a wonderful setting for making the day a really memorable one with lovely spots for your wedding photographs before and after the ceremony.
The couple can start their new life together without extra stress of late night travel by sleeping over in the honeymoon suite.

Piet Retief is a historical town in Mpumalanga, South Africa, close to the Swaziland Border. There are several places of interest close enough to Piet Retief for day trips, making the well-situated De Loft ideal for the business traveller and the discerning tourist.

Not only is the guest house close to the Swaziland border, but it is also very central as a stop-over between Kwa-Zulu Natal and Gauteng, as well as the Lowveld of Mpumalanga, where several game parks - including the world-renowned Kruger National Park - are located.
