The house:
Little Paradise is an exquisite self-catering 3 bedroom holiday house fabulously situated in the delightful seaside community of Noordhoek.

The house consists of:
· 220 square meters floor space
· 3 bedrooms for each 2 persons with beds in oversize (1 King-Size-bed, 2 Queen-Size-beds)
· 2 baths (1 en-Suite, 1 bath with tub and shower, 1 shower)
· 1 guest toilet
· Kitchen with separate pantry
· Dining room for 10 persons with gas chimney
· Lounge with gas chimney
· Coffee-corner
· Veranda (roofs, with seat for 8 persons)
· Balcony (with small table and 2 chairs)

The spacious house (220 sq.m.) is located a few minutes away from spectacular Noordhoek Beach, and nestling under the mountains of the Silvermine Nature Reserve.
The property boasts a private garden (3.500 sq.m.) incorporating a playing ground, two fish ponds, a large swimming pool and plenty of furniture for relaxing in the fresh air.

The interior, decor and furnishings combine superb taste and style and have the warmth of an original and friendly farmhouse. Each room is created with a lot of love in its own style and personality.
From here you enjoy a 270 degree view of the mountains, the valley, the wetlands and the sea and you can observe a wide variety of bird life. The unique atmosphere of Little Paradise is shown heavily on photos or explained in words.

The Garden:
Beside the lovely house our garden contributes to the special atmosphere of Little Paradise. About 3500 sqm offer sufficient place for breathing and relaxing.
A feeling of boundless freedom and appears, especially close by to our lion’s fountain, our ponds or to the protea-pavillon.

Except a few rose bushes the whole garden is planted with typical flowers and bushes from the Cape and South Africa. And of course, you’ll also find the well known pincushin proteas and many other acquaintances from your excursions through the nature reserves close by.

It does not matter in which season you’ll stroll around the garden: Some of our plants definitely will be in blossom.
And these blossoms attract innumerable bird kinds. From the small Sun birds up to the Ibis and the Egyptian goose we have numerous visitors in our garden.
So be not surprised, when seeing that our two cats -in the sense of a peaceful coexistence- wear small bells. Furthermore we also have frogs and fish in our ponds and some chickens in the chicken palace. Fresh eggs are guaranteed.

There is also a herb garden and two vegetable beds. Please feel free to help yourselves, especially with the lemons from our two lemon trees and the bananas from our banana tree.

Facilities and Services:
We can not influence the most important equipment details of Little Paradise:
- the warming morning sun to the breakfast at the pool.
- the visit of the most colorful of the more than 150 different bird kinds of the area and our little chameleon.
- a few clouds that make the regular evening sunset become a racket.
