2 Potomac Place is a double story Tuscan style
family home stands on elevated acre overlooking the entire Noordhoek
valley, across the Cape Peninsula Nature Reserve from Chapman's
Peak on the right, through to Kommetjie and The Lakes on the left.
The indoor and outdoor flow of this luxury villa is ideal, the two lounges, the open-plan but separate dining room, the TV room with plasma screen, DStv, DVD and surround sound, the large gourmet kitchen separate scullery and laundry and the kids play room all having direct access to lawned gardens with large heated swimming pool, heated kids plunge pool, jacuzzi and entertainment pool room with bar and built in gas and wood BBQ. |

Child friendly family villa with all the mod cons associated with good
living.
This vacation rental is only available over school holidays each year
and it can accommodate to a minimum of six people with a minimum of 14
nights only over the festive season.
Maximum is 10 to 12 people sharing, group rates/daily rates discussed.
The Villa and one acre grounds are very suited to kids of all ages as
we have three kids ourselves.

Directions to 2 Potomac Place
Two Potomac place, Noordhoek M3 until you come to a T-junction.
Turn right and follow the road up Ou-Kaapse Weg.
Follow this mountain pass and once you reach Noordhoek, turn right into
Noordhoek Main road marked Hout Bay/Chapmans Peak.
Turn right into Sea Cottage Drive.
Keep to the left and at the top of the hill turn left into Potomac Place.
