About Haden's Rest
Haden's Rest is owned by Sharon and Julian Haden-Tebb who reside in London. Haden's Rest is y managed by Joan Bleeker so we know that you are in good hands and that our high levels of service are being maintained by them and our trustworthy staff members. We are presently re-locating back to Nelspruit.

We own an Electrical Contracting business in London but because of the restrictive weather conditions we are looking forward to moving back to sunny South Africa. After years of trying to find a business that we could enjoy we threw caution to the wind and purchased Silveroaks which was in need of modernisation and complete renovation. With tremendous enthusiasm we renovated the place into our vision of a bed and breakfast and renamed it to Haden's Rest. We have since opened a second Guest House, Haden Manor which is located in van Wijk Street (which is located one street away from Haden’s Rest).

We hope that you enjoy your stay with us and that we might meet you in person someday!

About Nelspruit …
Nelspruit is the capital of the province of Mpumlanga ,South Africa. The city lies in the lowveld valley of the fertile Crocodile River which boasts hot summers and very mild warm winters (average of 300 days of sunshine a year).

It is situated 330km east of Johannesburg (40 minute flight) and the Kruger National Park (Malalane Gate) is a mere 60km's away. The city has a lot to offer with great restaurants, world class accommodation available at affordable prices, shopping, proficient tour guides and close access to the famed scenic Panorama Route .

Nelspruit is also considered to be the main border town to the tropical country of Mozambique with its magical untouched beaches ( Maputo is only a 2 hour drive away) and the nomadic, mountainous country of Swaziland with its Monarchy and world class casino's.
