The Beach Lodge Accommodation
Twin Room : The room has twin beds, wooden floors, a
dresser and a chair, and overlooks the foyer or mountain. It is well equipped
with self catering facilities.
Six-bed Male Dormitory : Spacious six-bed dormitory with
single beds.
Seaview Twin Room : Seaview room with two beds, a dresser,
chairs and varnished wooden floors.
Seaview Single Rooms : Spacious rooms with wooden floors,
dressers and chairs, and private balconies overlooking the beach.
Seaview Family Room : This sea-facing family room consists
of two interleading rooms with wooden floors, dressers and chairs. The
rooms have single and bunk beds.
Seaview Double Rooms : Spacious sea-facing rooms with
varnished wooden floors, double beds and bunk beds, dressers, small tables
and chairs.

Directions to The Beach Lodge
From the airport or the city, follow the Muizenberg signs leading onto
the M5 or the M3 respectively, and head south to False Bay. When the coast
is reached, the city route enters Muizenberg from the west, and the airport
route from the east. From the city, the M3 highway ends at the base of
the coastal mountains.
Turn left off the highway and then right onto the Main Rd leading south
to False Bay. Pass through Lakeside into Muizenberg. At the next major
intersection, turn left into Atlantic Rd and pass under the railway bridge.
Turn right at the1st crossroads onto an extended section of Beach Road.
Proceed to the end of the road to where it forms a large roundabout with
parking.
The Beach Lodge is the 3-level ginger-coloured building at far end of
the circle. From the airport route, take the M5 and follow the signs to
Muizenberg to the end of the highway where it becomes a traffic circle
at the coastline. Follow the road leading west on Baden Powell Drive,
towards the coastal mountains.
The Baden Powel Drive becomes Beach Road. Cross the bridge over the lagoon
and keep left along the beachfront. At the 1st intersection, turn left
to follow Beach Road as it curves towards the beach. Your journey ends
at the large traffic roundabout where The Beach Lodge is situated at the
top right-hand side of the circle.
