Underneath the braai table is a spot where you can put your braai wood or charcoal and big black dustpan right next door. There is also a spot in the camping area where there is a supply of cut up fire wood that if needed can be bought at a fee/lug box.

How To Get To Magoebaskloof Getaway

From Johannesburg / Pretoria / Pietersburg (Polokwane)
When you leave Johannesburg you will be going on the N1 to Pietersburg / Polokwane. About 10km before you get to Polokwane you take the bypass to Tzaneen. You drive for about 15km through one traffic light and then one four way stop street and the next traffic light you are to turn Right to Tzaneen and Haenertsburg.

About 55km from Polokwane you will get to the very small village of Haenertsburg. Be very carefully because if you blink you might miss it. From the three way stop at Haenertsburg you just carry on going straight on the R71 for another 16km. When you get to the Magoebaskloof Farm Stall we are just 1,5km further down the pass.
Please drive slowly as our turn off is on a corner where you are to turn Right between two big yellow flag poles. From there you just follow the well marked sign for 1.5km to the Reception where you will collect your envelope with the cottage keys.

From Tzaneen / Phalaborwa / Kruger Park
From Tzaneen look out for Polokwane / Pietersburg signs and follow them. Then take the road that goes to Duiwelskloof / Modjadjieskloof and about 5km from Tzaneen you will need to turn left on the Magoebaskloof R71 road.
Travel +-14kms on, past the tea plantations and then about 1,5km from the Shell Garage you will see big flags with Magoebaskloof Getaway (4 flag poles with 3m x 1m flags) where you will turn left on to a gravel road and then just follow the signs to reception for 1,5km.
