Every room beautifully furnished and equipped with double beds, en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, fireplace and TV with DSTV. Suites have tea / coffee facilities, mini- bar, secure parking areas, security and rooms accommodate 2 - 4 guests.
Bush Camp Self-catering Tented Units
We offer 8 large self-catering tented units accommodating 2 - 6 guests. Each tent is furnished and equipped with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and microwave and two plate stove with oven, crockery / cutlery, fans, heaters, electric blankets, dressers and closets.
Each unit has a private outdoor braai area, secure parking, security, daily housekeeping and children of all ages are welcome.

Conferences, Launches and Team building
The Guest Lodge offers a newly refurbished conference facility that can seat up to 50 delegates cinema style and standard equipment is available.
There are other venues available for larger groups for informal business meetings as there is 24 hour, full day and half day Conference Packages available on request.
Magalies River Lodge is an ideal venue for team building With its ample open spaces, mountainous terrain and rolling lawns your group can get physical and challenge their stamina.
The Deck
Overlooking the Magalies River and amongst the trees, this venue is ideal for wedding ceremonies, special occasions or just to spend a day in the country. 50 guests can be seated here.

How To Get To Magalies River Lodge

From Johannesburg and Gauteng
Head west along N1 (concrete ring highway) just north of Johannesburg and exit from N1 at 14th Avenue off-ramp. Turn right under highway, then right again at second set of traffic lights.
You are now on the M47 to Krugersdorp / Tarlton (you will pass Hillfox Power Centre on your right), proceed along the M47 through ten sets of traffic lights.
After approximately 15 km you will reach a four way intersection distinguished by a Sasol Petrol Station on the opposite left hand side of the intersection.

(Muldersdrift Primary School is just before this intersection on the left-hand side), proceed straight across. Continue along the M47, which now becomes the N14 (to Ventersdorp) for approximately 10.5km, when you will reach a T-junction.
Opposite and to the right is a Zenex Petrol Station. Turn right onto the R563, stay in the left-hand lane and take the slip road to the left onto the N14.
Continue on this road for approx 10,5km until you reach a four way stop, turn right onto the R24 to Magaliesburg and continue on this road for approximately 15km until you reach the village of Magaliesburg.
Cross over the railway line and turn right in the centre of the Village at the BP Garage and approximately 1.3km, the road turns to the right, KEEP LEFT down the slip road. Continue for approximately 600m, on the paved road and turn left into Magalies River Lodge property.
