Die Slanggat Cottage is situated in the Buffelspoort Gorge that runs through the Klein Swartberg Mountains. The accommodation is situated on a fruit and cattle farm, 30 km from Ladismith. The area has magnificent cliffs and beautiful scenery. Buffelspoort has been declared a National Heritage Site because of its botanical value. The Self-catering Cottage offers comfortable yet basic accommodation for six people and has no electricity. There are oil lamps and gas available. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering and has a gas fridge and fireplace. The cottage has a lovely outside deck with a plunge pool and amazing views. |
