Watersbrake is a stunning, double story house
on the seafront overlooking the Kom and the sea, with large garden,
pool and plenty of space for everyone. The house is very well equipped and has plenty of space for children
of all ages, having a huge basement with a games room, TV room with
sofa bed, shower room and a storage room with outside access for
surf boards etc. |

Upstairs, three of the bedrooms lead onto a balcony with sweeping views.
The master bedroom has large bathroom and plenty of cupboard space.
There are three further bedrooms and a large family bathroom.
Outside, the front garden is walled in the largely laid to lawn around
a lovely pool and braai area.
