Spectacular ocean facing entertainment area on upper level with amazing
double volume thatch and timber roof - comprising open plan custom crafted
kitchen, lounge and dining area, leading out onto a deck with barbeque
corner overlooking the beach.
Ground floor - 3 large double bedrooms, wool carpets with undercarpet
heating and 3 beautiful modern bathrooms with heated towel rails (2 en
suite), bedrooms lead on to decks.
Sleeper-couch/extra beds can be arranged on request for 4 extra, i.e.
maximum 10 guests. Satelite/M-Net TV, DVD player. Recently totally renovated,
quality finishes.
Indigenous dune vegetation on ocean side of house creates the feeling
of being completely integrated with the magnificent scenery - a truly
energizing experience.

Directions to Sea Haven Beach Villa
From the airport, travel on N1 towards Cape Town, at base of mountain,
turn left towards Muizenberg. Continue along this road which becomes the
M3 ("Blue Route") right to the end, turn right towards Steenberg,
M42, then left M64, Ou Kaapseweg, over the mountain.
Once over the mountain, at the second traffic light, turn right, M65 towards
Kommetjie.
After 5.8 kms, at the beginning of Kommetjie, turn first road right, Wireless
Road, at the Imhoff Caravan Park sign.
After 1.1 kms, just past the Imhoff Caravan Park on the right, drive in
to our property on the left, no. 71.
