This award-winning timber frame house was built in 2004 in a small enchanted reserve of milkwood forest, teeming with birdlife.

Although secluded, it is surrounded by fantastic mountain and sea views and is situated within a few minutes walk of a stunning stretch of beach and the famous Sunset Reef, a surfer’s paradise.

From Cape Town International AIrport take the N2 Cape Town.
Then the M3 (Rhodes Drive) to Muizenburg.
At the end of the M3 T-junction turn right into Ou Kaapseweg (M42)(M64) over the mountain, turn rights at the 2nd robot to Kommetjie (M65)
Go to the end of Kommetjie Road (past Imhoff GIft) and 1st right as you enter Komemtjie (Wireless Road) continue to the end of Wireless Rd and you will arrive at the Klein Slangkop Estate Gate.
