Beach House is a comfortable family home in
a secure and prestigious estate, situated in Kommetjie. There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms for a large family
to appreciate, as well as being within walking distances to the
beaches. One of the features of the house is the wide and sheltered balcony
where guests can relax and enjoy the swimming pool, listen to the
sound of the sea and breathe in the fresh sea air. |

The House consists of five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed, the other bedrooms have single beds
and one bedroom has a pull-out second bed.
The loft bedroom can hold mattresses for two younger children.
The bathrooms all have baths, showers, toilets and wash basins, the living
area is spacious and has a fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped.

Directions to Beach House
From the centre of Cape Town, follow the N2 signs towards Muizenberg.
The N2 becomes the M3, which is called Rhodes Drive.
Follow the M3 for approximately 15 km, past the University of Cape Town
and Groote Schuur Hospital.
Travel until the motorway becomes a T-junction, at a set of traffic lights.
Turn right onto Steenberg Road.
Follow this road until there is a slipway to the left, onto Ou Kaapse
Weg.
Follow Ou Kaapse Weg for about 10.5 km.
Pass through one set of traffic lights, with a church and a shopping centre
on the right-hand side.
Travel straight until the next main intersection, where there will a sign
indicating Kommetjie to the right.
Turn right at this intersection and continue on to Kommetjie, for approximately
5 km.
The first right turn as you enter Kommetjie is Wireless Road.
Turn onto Wireless Road.
Follow it for 0.9 km, to the end and enter Klein Slangkop Estate entrance.
