It is a double-storey home in the Provençal style situated in Kenilworth, between the railway line and the Main Road.
Facilities downstairs include a formal lounge, dining room and family room opening onto a modern equipped kitchen with a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and a guest toilet.
