Each suite is fully equipped and has a full bathroom. The Lodge has a communal shady patio, plunge pool and new sun deck that holds the sun until the evening. Situated in the charming village of Hout Bay, the lodge is just 5 minutes’ drive from the shops and restaurants and a minute more to the beach and a busy fishing harbor; as well as being ideally located to explore the Cape Peninsula via Chapman's Peak Drive. Go wine tasting or experience the world-class restaurants and cosmopolitan night life of Camps Bay and Cape Town city bowl. |

Each major suite contains a microwave, oven and fridge/freezer, satellite TV, a DVD/CD player, a safe, cutlery, crockery and kitchenware, an iron, ironing board and hairdryer, linen and towels. The suites are serviced daily, except Sundays and public holidays and there is secure site parking. The atmosphere at the Lodge is peaceful and relaxed. Poplar Tree Lodge is also now offering a continental breakfast as an optional extra to be served on the patio weather permitting or in the guest's suite.

Garden Suite
Luxury Suite has a king-size or twin beds in the bedroom, bathroom with
bath and separate shower, large living area with single day bed, and double
sleeper couch. The suite has satellite TV, DVD/CD and fully equipped kitchenette
plus dining table and chairs. Opens onto its own verandah with garden
furniture, barbecue and onto a gated garden. There are great views across
the valley to the sand dunes of Sandy Bay and to mountains from the verandah.
Sleeps up to four guests and has its own entrance within the secure property.
Studio Suite
Compact or budget Studio accommodation has a king-size or twin beds, small
dining table and chairs, concealed kitchenette, satellite TV, and DVD/CD
player. En-suite bathroom, opens onto own paved patio to the back of the
lodge with garden furniture, big sun umbrella and barbecue. Sleeps two
guests.
Tree Top Suite
Premier Suite, with king-size four-poster bed in the bedroom, large bathroom
with corner bath and separate shower.Separate fully equipped kitchen/diner
with dining table and chairs wicker, opens onto very large private deck
with spectacular view across the valley to the sand dunes of Sandy Bay
and to the mountains. Have outdoor furniture, lounger, large garden umbrella
and barbecue. Suite has satellite TV and DVD/CD player, and safe. Also
simple, mezzanine, nest/loft accommodation for two children 6 to 9 years
entered via wooden stairs in kitchen/diner. Restricted height.
Valley View Suite
Luxury one bed roomed suite with comfortable double bed in the bedroom,
bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower. Large living area with
single day bed and double sleeper couch, satellite TV, DVD/CD player and
Wi-Fi access available. The suite has a fully equipped kitchenette and
dining table and chairs. Sleeps up to four guests. Lovely views out of
the window across the valley an also to the mountains.
