Double Bedrooms x2
These include bed and breakfast, are situated on the ground floor and have french doors that open onto a private courtyard with a covered verandah with teak garden furniture and soft furnishings.
These rooms have queen beds and the private bathrooms have showers only.

Other features include air-conditioning, balcony / patio, fan, heater, tea / coffee facilities, bar fridge, Wi-Fi, adsl, internet connection, safe, hair dryer, TV with satellite, M-Net, local channels, DStv and beautiful views of the garden.

Four Poster Bedrooms x 2
These rooms include bed and breakfast, are the largest in the house and are situated on the middle level. They have ball and claw Victorian baths, separate showers and are ideal for honeymoon couples.
We can also set up a single bed for a family with one child. The beds are queen and single beds and the en-suite bathroom has a separate toilet.
Other facilities include tea / coffee facilities, bar fridge, Wi-Fi, adsl, internet connection, safe, hair dryer, fan, heater, air-conditioning.
Upstairs there is a TV with satellite, M-Net, local channels and DStv. There is also a pool, views of the garden, the city, the sea and the mountains. Smoking in the rooms is prohibited.

Twin / King Bedrooms x 3
Includes bed and breakfast, are also situated on the middle level of the house and are beautifully decorated with Balinese furniture.
Some of these spacious rooms are equipped with king size beds that can be split into 2 single beds and 1 room can have 3 single beds. The bathrooms have shower over bath or a shower only and a separate toilet.
Rooms are equipped with tea / coffee facilities, bar fridge, Wi-Fi, adsl, internet connection, safe, hair dryer, fan, heater, air-conditioning. Smoking in rooms is not allowed.
There is a TV with satellite, M-Net, Local channels and DStv. These rooms overlook the mountains, garden, swimming pool, sea and the city.

Loft Rooms x 4
Bed and breakfast is included and these rooms are situated in the loft and have stunning views over the city and Table Mountain.
These rooms contain a Queen size bed, but we can also set up a single bed in there for families with one child and the private bathrooms are with only showers and a separate toilet.
A Wooden sun deck is situated on the same floor with spectacular views of Table Mountain, Lions Head, Signal Hill, the City Bowl and City Centre as well as Table Bay and beaches.
Other facilities include tea / coffee facilities, bar fridge, Wi-Fi, adsl, internet connection, safe, hair dryer, fan, heater, air-conditioning. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
There is also a TV with satellite, M-Net, Local channels and DStv, the rooms have views of the garden, mountains, swimming pool, sea and the city.

Garden Suite x 1
The suite is in a building separate from the main house, overlooks the swimming pool, has a large bedroom and an even more spacious lounge area with fire place with African decor.
The suite can house 2 single beds and 2 queen beds for a family, the private bathrooms are with a shower over bath and a separate toilet.
Other features include air-conditioning, fireplace, balcony / patio, radio, tea / coffee facilities, bar fridge, Wi-Fi, adsl, internet connection, safe, hair dryer, fan, heater and smoking is prohibited in rooms.
There is a TV with satellite, M-Net, local channels, DStv and the suite enjoys views of the garden, mountains and the swimming pool.

How To Get To Rosedene Guesthouse

From Cape Town International Airport
Follow Airport “Exit” signage then pick up on “Cape Town” signs as you leave the Airport area.
3km mark you join the N2 double lane motorway heading for Cape Town
8.9km mark pass twin concrete cooling towers on right hand side of motorway
11.7km mark N2 motorway turns sharply left…follow left curve and “N2 City” signage
13.5km mark bear right following the “City N2” signage
13.9km move to far right hand lane
14.4km mark follow “City via De Waal Drive” signage
18.1km mark, keep in left lane, just before overhead pass, turn left at “M3 Mill Street” sign
19.1km mark, just past Garden Centre Mall on left, at traffic lights move into the far left hand lane (DON”T bear right with this road) and continue with Mill Street, past Holiday Inn on left to Stop sign at T-Junction.
19.3km mark turn left at Stop sign into Upper Orange Street
19.6km turn at first road right into Camp Street ( at Cable Way sign )
19.9km turn left at first Traffic light into Hof Street. Past Cape Town Medi-Clinic on left, following road bearing sharp to the right)
20.7km mark, Baccini’s Pizzeria on left corner, Amigo’s Restaurant across the road, turn left at Stop sign into Kloof Street
20.71km mark road fork into three, turn right into middle road, cul-de-sac, Upper Kloof Street following Rosedene Guest House signage, 50m up the road fork again, keep right over speed bump
21km mark, well done you have arrived, Rosedene and Guest parking on your right hand side.
