Situated in the peaceful nature of the Hartbeespoortdam, the location assures for tranquillity, being just less than an hour's drive from Johannesburg, Pretoria and Sun City. Cocomo Guesthouse is situated in the North West Province.

Cuba Executive suite

Haiti Executive suite
Basic room, private entrance, en-suite bathroom with shower, TV with DSTV channels, air conditioning, coffee making facilities, mini bar fridge, view over mountain & Caribbean swimming pool, 2 x single beds OR King size bed romantically decorated with mosquito net (can occupy 2 people). The front balcony has a lovely view over the dam and is for the use of all guests.

Only Bahamas honeymoon suite and Montego elite suite has a direct dam view.
The guesthouse is about 200m away from the dam with a street and field in between. Please note that single night bookings can not be made over weekends. We have 6 rooms in Total.

Honolulu Elite Suite
View over mountain & Caribbean swimming pool, private entrance, en-suite bathroom with Shower & Jacuzzi-bath (with specially designed surface in a S-shape for a body to comfortably lie in - thus can only take one person at a time), TV with DSTV channels, air conditioning, coffee making facilities, mini bar fridge, 2 x single beds OR King size bed romantically decorated with mosquito net (can occupy 2 people).

Guests are welcome to enjoy a movie or sport on the big screen TV with full DSTV & MNET in the Long Island lounge or have a sundowner on the balcony while admiring the beautiful dam/mountain view. Exquisite cocktails are served at the swimming pool and Caribbean cash bar.

Relax in the sun in our Courtyard or enjoy a one of our many cocktails at the carribean cash bar. The overall image is exotic, romantic, modern and exclusive.
There is a big TV in the Caribbean bar, so you can even sit in the pool and watch a game of rugby

Conference Facilities:
Conference Centre Standard price list the following is supplied: TV, VCR, DVD, White Board, Flip Chart, Light dimming, Pens to participants, writing pads to participants.

Location:
The location assures for peacefulness and tranquillity. Situated in the peaceful nature of the Hartbeespoortdam area, which is within close drive from Gauteng, yet escapes the hectic city buzz.
It is situated just off the R511, R512 and N4 Platinum highway (National highway to North-western side of the country via Sun City and Pilansberg) connecting to the N1.

It is within an hours drive from OR Thambo/JNB International airport and Grand Central airport. Also within one hour’s drive from Lanseria Airport, Waterkloof Airport and Wonderboom Airport.
Cocomo Guesthouse and Conference Centre is situated close to the CBD with the main shopping centre and Restaurants (within 1.5 km away from us). The entrance to the dam is within walking distance from us.

Directions from Johannesburg taking the Malibongwe drive R512 Hans Strydom road: · Take the Malibongwe drive which becomes the Lanseria road R512, carry straight on · Pass the N14 Krugersdorp/Pretoria turn-off like on your way to Lanseria airport. ·
At the T-junction, (T-junction green Grocer in front of you), turn right · Carry straight on (Passing Necsa Pelindaba on right) ·
Take the Hartbeespoort/N4 Pretoria off-ramp to the left · Take the Hartbeespoort off-ramp to the left (Sasol garage in front of you) R511 ·

Carry straight on over the mountain R511 (Passing Xanadu estate on right hand side) · At the second stop sign, turn left (O’Hagins and KFC at the corner) ·
At the traffic circle, turn left. (1.7km to the guesthouse - 3rd stop sign from here) · Pass the 1st stop sign after the circle, Carry straight on in Ou Wapad rd ·

Directions from Johannesburg taking the William Nichole road: ·
Take William Nichole road (passing Four ways Mall on your left) · Carry straight on and turn left at the Hartbeespoort turn-off · You are now on the Hennops River road R511. ·
Keep straight at the first 4-ways crossing. (Right turn takes you to Pretoria) · Keep straight at the second 4-ways crossing (Passing a Sasol Garage on your right) ·
Carry straight on over the mountain R511 (Passing Xanadu estate on the right) · At the second stop sign, turn left (O’Hagins and KFC at the corner) ·

Passing John Voster drive and passing N1 turn-off. Keep straight. · Take the Hartbeespoort turn-off. The road will make a loop. ·

At the traffic light, turn right (onto William Nicole drive). · Carry straight on and turn left at the Hartbeespoort turn-off - R511 · You are now on the Hennops River road R511.

After the second pay point, take the Hartbeespoort/Brits/Rustenburg off-ramp · Turn right at the off-ramp, R511 · Take the Hartbeespoort off-ramp to the left (SASOL garage in front of you) ·
Carry straight on over the mountain R511 (Passing Xanadu estate on the right) · At the second stop sign, turn left (O’Hagins and KFC at the corner) ·

Via the N4 Bakwena Platinum Highway Rustenburg (N1), NOT the N4 toll road from Pretoria-west · Take the N4 Platinum Highway (heading to Rustenburg) from the N1 north of Pretoria. ·
Pass the Rosslyn and then the Soshangove off-ramp. · 8km After the Brits Plaza (second pay point from the N1), take the R511 (Sandton/Brits) off-ramp, Hartbeespoort off-ramp ·
Turn left at the off-ramp towards Hartbeespoort, away from Brits · Carry straight on, passing a Sasol garage on your right – Do not turn here ·

Carry straight on, over the mountain (Silkaatsnek nature resort on the right) · The road makes a turn, R513 (Van der Hoff weg) heading to Pretoria.
At the turn, take the R511 Sandton/Hartbeespoort turnoff on your right to Hartbeespoortdam. 90° turn. · Turn left at the 4-ways crossing. (TOTAL garage on your left). ·
At the next stop sign, turn right (O’Hagins and KFC at the corner) · At the traffic circle, turn left (1.7km to the guesthouse - 3rd stop sign from here) ·
