Two Bedroom Suite : Second Large bedroom consists of
a queen-size water bed, fresh linen, sea views, overlooking the pool area.
Large bathroom with walk-in-shower, white towels, soap dispenser, single
hand basin, toilet.
Lounge area with couch, plenty of cupboards and packing space, two toweling
dressing gowns, small hairdryer and torch. Two-bedroom en-suite with use
of open living space of villa self-catering. Sleeps four guests.
Three Bedroom Suite : Third Large bedroom with queen-size
bed, fresh linen, side sea views, torch, small hairdryer, opening onto
the upper lounge area.
Large bathroom with walk-in-shower, soap dispenser, white towels, single
hand basin, toilet. Comfortable chair to sit and read in the bedroom along
with the lounge area. Three-bedroom en-suite with use of open living space
of villa self-catering. Sleeps six guests.
Master Bedroom : Master bedroom with queen-size bed,
fresh linen, sea views, and en-suite has large shower with double shower
heads, soap dispensers, bath, double basin, and white towels.
Walk-in wardrobe, two toweling gowns, dressing table, hairdryer and emergency
lamp. Master bedroom en-suite with use of open living space of villa self-catering.

Directions to Grotto Bay Living Cc
From Cape Town take the N1 towards Paarl. Take the Paarden Island turn-off
and continue past Milnerton, Table View, and Melkbosstrand.
Grotto Bay is on the left-hand side, approximately 28 km from Melkbosstrand.
At the main gate, sign in for 136 Kingfisher Close and continue through
two stop streets. At the T-junction take a left and then take the first
right into Kingfisher Close.
