As special and as important as our daughters are to us, so too are the
needs and requests of each and every guest that stays and travels with
us.
Like the four leaf clover and the horseshoe, legend has it that the ladybird
is a symbol of good luck.
We believed that it would be appropriate to use the image and the legend
of the ladybird to symbolize NUNUBURD - dear to us and blessed with good
fortune - we will take care of all your needs as if you were our own.
This friendly, secure Bed and Breakfast, based on a
local bus route, has safe off street parking and has a security guard
from sunset to sunrise - daily.
It is within walking distance of the University of Natal Durban, 2 minutes
from well known private hospitals - Entabeni and St. Augustine’s,
shopping centres, and restaurants.
Only 10 minutes to the City Centre, the International Convention Centre,
Ushaka Marine World, Sports Stadiums (Kings Mead, Kings Park and Moses
Mabhida Stadium) and Durban’s famous beaches - The Golden Mile.
Let us prepare a delicious South African breakfast
for you. Dinner available on request. Alternatively you can cook in the
fully equipped kitchen, order in, eat at a nearby restaurant or braai
(BBQ).
Also available is a laundry service and internet. An amazing day tour
can also be arranged for you at unbeatable prices to a Game Park, the
Drakensburg, or you could go on a cultural experience.
Point to point transfers are also available for up to 7 passengers.

Our friendly family lodge is home away from home where you may wake up
to the smell of freshly baked Granny Mary muffins and
go to bed comfortably after an awesome day of site seeing, beach bumming,
shopping or pub crawling. This lodge with excellent security and safe
off street parking, a Security Guard, from sunrise to sunset, .
Let us cook for you, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, order in, eat
at a nearby restaurant or let Gogo cook you a traditional township meal
for cheap, cheap what about a braai?
Bake in the sun and take a plunge in the pool, chill out in front of the
T.V. or browse the internet. We have a safe for your valuable goodies.
