Set in the beautiful bushveld of the Natal Midlands, 10kms from Estcourt and the N3; Slievyre - A private nature reserve provides the perfect place for family reunions, quiet holidays, romantic getaways or just an overnight stop
The camp is situated in one hectare of fenced mature lawned gardens and consists of five traditionally built stone and thatch chalets. The camp comfortably sleeps fifteen people and extra beds can be arranged if required. Three of the chalets are twin/double, one sleeps three people with the fifth being a six bed family chalet. All have private/en-suite shower rooms and the kitchens are equipped with all self-catering facilities.

Directions To Slievyre Game Farm

From Durban via N3
Take the N3 from Durban, take the Midway/Estcourt Off-ramp Ext 168
Travel towards Estcourt, proceed through town straying on the main road. You are on the R103 going towards Colenso. 6 kms outside of Estcourt town on the Colenso Road you will find the D416 district road to the right. Take this turn off and proceed along the road to the farm approx 6kms gravel road. At the board "Chalets" turn right and the camp area is right in front of you.

From Johannesburg via N3
Take the N3, at the exit 194 turn towards Estcourt/Colenso
Travel along this road for about 3kms turn right towards Estcourt. R103
Approx 15kms along this road you'll see the D416 district road going to the left. Please take this turn off and proceed along the road to the farm approx 6kms gravel road. At the board "Chalets" turn right and the camp area is right in front of you.
