Tidewaters River Lodge is situated on the tranquil Gonubie River. A bird and nature lover's paradise.

Tidewaters was started in 2002 by Deon Kukard as a Bed & Breakfast, situated on the bank of the Gonubie river it boast some of the most magnificent scenery and tranquil environments available as any guest house in the area.

Come and experience the tranquillity of our exclusive rustic venue on the Gonubie River. Our unique venue is ideal for smaller team buildings / conferences for up to 30 delegates. Menus can be customised to suit your budget.

How to get to Tidewaters Bed and Breakfast
From the airport turn left to East London in Settlers way follow the road the name will change to Fleet Street.
Go through the circle and keep going till you reach a stop street.
Turn left into Fitzpatrick road and strait onto the R72 (North east expressway) . Turn right onto the N2 to Umtata.
Pass the Beacon Bay off- ramp and take the Gonubie turn off.
Turn right in Gonubie main road, turn left just before the second robot in George Randal. Take the first stop left and second road left in Tidewaters drive. We will be on your right.
