Fusion House B & B is nestled in the heart of Berea in East London. Whether you are a business executive, an active sports person, attending a function, or someone just needing a home away from home while in East London, at Fusion House Bed and Breakfast you will find a comfortable place to relax, rest and unwind and will be treated with warmth and a friendly, personalised service.

Fusion House Accommodation

Being travel enthusiasts ourselves, we know how important it is to have a comfortable bed to sleep in, so all of our rooms have the best in bedding and linens.
You'll enjoy luxurious mattresses with a layer of memory foam for comfort. As well as white percale linen ads the finishing touch to our sleigh beds.

Each room is elegantly furnished and has a modern en-suite bathroom each with a shower and a bath and rooms overlook the garden and pool.
A full selection of entertainment on DSTV can be enjoyed for the comfort of your own lounge. A cupboard and dressing table that can double up as desk complete the furnishings.

The self catering facilities are built in a way that allows you to sit back and relax while catching up on the days activities with refreshments.
Tea and coffee is available in each room. Each room includes a flat screen TV offering full DSTV for your entertainment.

Breakfasts and dinners are served in our spacious dining area and overlooking the swimming pool and a tranquil garden. A full English breakfast is served daily, with a fresh fruit salad, and a variety of cereals and yoghurts.

Fusion House Facilities

Fusion House has conference and board room facilities and will cater for your private meetings as well as host conferences.
The conference venue can comfortably seat 25 delegates in a schoolroom layout or 40 delegates in theatre style layout. The conference room enjoys a free wireless Internet connection and ample off road parking.

Half Day and full day venue hire available. We have a range of tantalizing Lunch menu’s to choose from and multi media equipment is available for hire.
It is with in walking distance of Vincent Park shopping centre, the Joan Harrison Swimming Pools, schools, the beach (5 min Drive) and the airport (20 min drive). The Fusion House is also close to the golf course, East London Esplanade,the Guild Theatre and several restaurants.

How To Get To Fusion House

From East London Airport
Come out the airport turn left on to Settlers Way, follow the road, you will cross over the Buffalo River and Settlers Way becomes Fleet Street.
Turn left into Oxford Road at the first traffic circle. Oxford road runs through town and then becomes union road, you will cross over Lukin Road then the second road after Lukin your turn right into Botha Road (a double road with tall palm trees).
In Botha road you will cross over the first stop street. After the first stop street you will take the third street right into Darlington Road. Number 36 Darlington is on the left hand side the fifth house after the first stop street.

From King Williams Town
Travel along N2 / N6 towards East London you will reach an off ramp called the R72 Settlers Way take the off ramp and travel towards the City Centre.
Take the off ramp called Pearce Street (M4) and turn right onto Pearce Street you will come to a traffic circle go straight over, you will come to a traffic light, turn right into Chamberlain Avenue.
You will come to a 4way stop (at the Engen). Go over the 4way stop and take the first road to the left this is Darlington Road and Fusion House is at number 36.
