Clarens is the perfect place for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of big city life.
With a number of art galleries, shops, coffee shops and restaurants one can enjoy the village vibe that makes Clarens very special.

Willow Creek Villas (A&B) are a pair of luxury semi detached villas situated in a quiet part of the Clarens Golf and Trout Estate.
Sitting on the wooden deck, perched above you own private stream and waterfall; you can enjoy a sun downer and almost listen to the peace!

These villas offer flexibility - ideal for a family of four or also suitable for the extended family or group of friends wanting to spend the weekend away together.

Each villa sleeps can comfortably accommodate four people and has an inter leading gate allowing access between the two houses if both units are needed for larger groups.

Each villa has two large bedrooms - both en suite. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, and has sliding door to the wooden deck. The bathroom has both a bath and shower.
The second bedroom has two single beds and the bathroom has a shower. Both bedrooms are carpeted and have ample cupboard space.

Willow Creek Facilities

The open plan tiled living area is well appointed and also has sliding doors to the deck. There is a six seater dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with granite tops - appliances include dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier and microwave. The villa has full DsTV for your use - no need to bring your card. A DVD player is also provided.

All linen, including towels is provided as well as basic toiletries and cleaning materials. The villas are serviced daily (excluding Sundays).
The wooden deck has gas braai facilities and comfortable patio furniture so that you can make the most of those long summer evenings and wonderful sunsets.
The cold winter evenings are also take care as the villas have electric blankets and under floor heating throughout. Each villa also has an automated garage.

ATTRACTIONS / ACTIVITIES
For those who enjoy the wilder side of life there is plenty to keep you busy - quad biking, abseiling, hiking and horse riding.
The Golf course (18 hole, par 72) situated within The Clarens Golf and Trout Estate will present a challenge to every level of golfer with narrow fairways and many dams. Trout fishing is also available on the Estate and at other dams in close proximity to Clarens.

How To Get To Willow Creek

From Johannesburg
Take the N3 "Heidelberg / Durban" road. Directly after crossing the Vaal River (after the Engen One Stop before Villiers), take the slip-way to the left, which puts you onto the R26.
Turn right to cross the bridge (crossing the N3), follow the R26 to Frankfort and just before Frankfort, turn right at the T-junction. Pass Frankfort, and cross the Wilge River. About 300m further, watch for a sign board "Reitz / Tweeling" and turn left.

Follow the R26, pass Tweeling and Reitz. Drive straight through Bethlehem on the Durban road N5. About 5 km out of Bethlehem, turn right onto the Clarens / Golden Gate road (R712).
Travel for about 35 km to Clarens, the Clarens Golf and Trout Estate is on your left just past the entrance to Clarens village. There is a large entrance clearly marked.
You will be required to fill in a security form - the house is on Stand 265. As you proceed through the security gate, turn right and travel up the road until you reach the first road turning to the left. Travel along this road for approx 100 metres and you will find Willow Creek on the left (Stand 265).

From Durban
Take the N3 from Durban. Approximately 25km from Estcourt turn left onto the Winterton road (Off-ramp 194) go through Winterton and Bergville, over Oliviershoek pass and continue past the Sterkfontein dam to the T-junction. Turn left and continue past the Qwa-Qwa turn-off through Golden Gate National Park until you find the Clarens turn off.

The entrance to The Clarens Golf and Trout Estate is on the right hand side 500 metres before the Clarens village entrance.
When you sign in at security please tell them that you are a guest at Stand 265. As you go through the boom turn right immediately and travel up the road (about 500 metres) and take the first road to the left - travel about 100 metres further on and you will find the Willow Creek on the left (Stand 265).
