This luxury 3-bedroom golf villa also comprises a large open-plan living and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with granite tops.

The house boasts underfloor heating as well as a gas fireplace for those chilly Clarens winters, and a 42-inch plasma screen TV with full DStv as well as barbecue facilities on the wooden deck are provided.
Gas for the fireplace is for the guests' account and should be arranged prior to arrival.

How To Get To Clarens View

From Johannesburg
Take the N3 Heidelberg / Durban road and continue through two toll gates; one at Heidelberg and another at Villiers. Take the Bethlehem off-ramp at Warden and travel towards Bethlehem which is approximately 70 km. At the T-junction, turn left onto the N5 and drive straight through Bethlehem.
About 5 km out of Bethlehem, turn right onto the Clarens/Golden Gate road and travel for about 35 km to Clarens. The Clarens Golf and Trout Estate will be on the left-hand side, just past the entrance to Clarens village.

Fill in a security form, stating that you will be staying at Villa 85. As you proceed through the security gate, travel straight up the road and take the second turn left until you reach a T-junction.
Turn left at the following T-junction and then turn right. Follow the road bearing to the left at each split in the road. Villa 85 is on the left and has a clearly marked number on a sandstone block.
