We are situated in the northern suburbs of Bloemfontein with easy access to major centers in about 5 minutes, for eg, University of the Free State, Hospitals, Conference centers, Airport, Restaurants, CBD and Malls (700m)We cater for all types of stays whether it being for Corporate, tourists, events, weddings, conferences or merely passing through.

@ the Villa we offer you modern, well-designed and luxurious rooms (all en-suite), and up-market appointments such as air-conditioning, heaters or fans, hair dryers, safes, mini bar fridge, ice and drinks tray, tea and coffee tray. Each room has its own entrance overlooking a tropical garden and crystal pool.

De-Lux En-suite.
A modern, well-designed, luxurious room with 2 x Twin beds or King size option. Plus up-market appointments such as Air-conditioning, Ceiling fan, Wall Heaters, Hair dryer, Safe, Tea and Coffee tray, Mini bar fridge, Ice and drinks tray. Cherry on the House.
There is an En-Suite bathroom with bath & separate shower. Small lounge area and patio, overlooking a tropical garden and outdoor Swimming pool.

Luxury En-suite.
A modern, well-designed, room with two Twin beds. Plus up-market appointments such as Air-conditioning, Ceiling fan, Wall Heaters, Hair dryer, Safe, Tea and Coffee tray, Mini bar fridge, Ice and drinks tray. Cherry on the House. Has a patio overlooking a tropical garden and outdoor Swimming pool.

Breakfast is served between: 7h00 – 9h00 Our room rates includes a Hearty, @the Villa Free State' English Breakfast and/or Cold buffet.

Cereals, Fresh Fruit, Yoghurt, Fruit juice ...Breads and Spreads.
Breakfast packs can be arranged 24 hours prior to arrival.

Should you have any Special dietary request, please let us know. Dinner is available on prior arrangement, before 13h00 in the afternoon.

How to get to us: From the N1 North or South, take the R700 off ramp. At the stop sign, turn right from south or left from north.
Carry on for +-3.5Kms you'll see Northridge Mall on your right. Duel Rd starts - 60km/h zone. From the mall +-500m - next crossing - Gladstone Left, Calliope Right. Turn right Back in Eeufees Rd. No. 67 Welcome @ The Villa.
